If you are signed up for the Open and are signed up to do it on Saturday morning you need to make sure that you get to the gym early to make sure that you are sufficiently warmed up and ready to go whenever we need to get everything rolling.

I am going to email the lady about the CSA to get more info and I will post it tomorrow.
