Now that the Open is over we have reevaluated ourselves and the goals that we have for the gym and we have decided that instead of doing a strength program supplemented with more traditional CrossFit WODs we have set up our programming to make you better athletes overall by increasing your strength, skill and competency at more traditional CrossFit workouts, i.e. Metcons. 

With that being said we are going to need you to come in and be ready to go by 10 minutes after the start of class.  That way you are giving yourself ample time to warm up and we will have enough time to get through what we need to get through.
