 In Workouts

If you are planning on doing 13.2 tomorrow I would recommend that you take today off to give your body ample rest for tomorrow. 

Make sure that you are still adding a weakness into your warmup all week. 

We are still planning on cooking out after the workout on Saturday.  If you are interested let us know so we can plan accordingly.  It would be a good start to your St. Patrick’s Day celebration before

    Blake, are you anticipating a later than 7p start time like last week? I get back into town (hopefully) around 6p. If I haul @as, I could get there by 730/8. Bueno or no beuno? 🙂
