Let Me Tell You About CrossFit

FAQ's

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

The easiest and simplest answer to this is: YES!
It doesn’t matter what your fitness goals are, CrossFit will help you achieve them quickly. By executing a variety of compound functional movements at a high intensity you will improve in all aspects of fitness.
Here are just a few of the benefits you will get from incorporating CrossFit into your lifestyle.

  1. Fat burning – The highly functional and compound movements we do utilize more muscles which burns calories at a higher rate which in turn will burn fat much faster than isolation movements.
  2. No predictable or boring workouts – The constantly varied WOD means you will never have the same fitness “routine” Although all of the WODs are based on a core group of movements, the order, combinations, reps and rounds will always be constantly different. Each day is something new and each week will always be different!
  3. Consistent improvement – The constantly varied exercises also means your body won’t be able to adapt to a particular exercise routine. You will never plateau causing your body to always be working hard and burning as many calories and fat as possible. All of all our WODs are measurable (timed) exercises and we highly encourage you to track your WOD’s because from time to time we will repeat a work out so you can measure your improvement. Logging your WODs will not only let you see how far you come but also establish goals for you to reach in the future.
  4. Motivation – All WODs are lead by one of our highly trained and certified coaches to ensure proper and safe execution of the movements. In addition to the trainer, you will also be among other clients in a group setting. Finally, we time the majority of our WODs so you can push harder and we notate everyone’s score on our whiteboard at the end of the class to let others know how awesome you performed that day.
