    For anybody interested take a look at the WOD demo on the mainsite from 12-12 with Pat Sherwood and Miranda Oldroyd for the Zercher squats. The actual WOD is pretty unique but what I want you all to look at is the very end when Pat gives some advice. He’s exactly right and I want to make sure that we remeber that. Oh, and make sure you rest for our WOD today it’s a dooozy!
