We are going to be ordering the new hoodies and thermals no later than next week.  If you are interested we need to know by Christmas Day.  The hoodies will represent the two teams that have emerged at the box (BEEFY and Bandito).  That will be the front and then we are again getting the Kettlebell on the back and then CrossFit Iron City on the Sleeve.  They will be in black with yellow printing.  The thermals will be a little more subdued with CFIC vertical on the back of the neck and I believe CrossFit Iron City down the seam with a little kettlebell possibly on the sleeve.  The font will be the same as it is in the picture.  We are also thinking about maybe getting regular tshirts also, but we need some ideas.

    “JT” Just bitch slapped me in the face for my welcome back this morning. Finished all but 3 HSPU. Just nothing left in the tank. 24:18. Two weeks off feels like an eternity.

    I would like a hoodie and thermal. Are they all going to be men’s sizes? If so, I am thinking I will need a size small.

    17:00. Used 1 may for first round of HSPU then had to scale down to the box. And write me down for team #bandito.

    This wod proved difficult for this #beefy girl. 18:48 with RX hspu first round, then 1 abmat hands on floor after that. Band dips and chest to abmat pushups. 100% happy with my Improvement in time and scales since June tho.

    21:11. Did HSPU to 1 abmat. First wod with that range of motion in months and my shoulder held up well.
