 In Workouts

Today we will get a chance to see how much stronger you have gotten over the past month.  We deadlifted on 3/16 and did this WOD on 1/31 so check your journals and have an idea what you want to try and pick up today.

      My favorite time to WOD is when its a full class! Equipment all laid out, boides going every direction, people screaming, sweat pouring, mass chaos, and all the athletes laying it all out. To me, that’s my sunrise.
