A.  Power snatch: build to a 1RM in 15 minutes
B.  Power snatch: 50% x 20 unbroken, 60% x 15 unbroken, 70% x 10 unbroken; 2:30min rests (percentages are based off of what you got on A, even if you didn’t PR)
 
then,
For time:
40 x wall balls
20 x burpee box jump (24″/20″)
20 x power cleans (135#/95#)
400m sprint
