A.  Pause split jerk: build to a heavy triple within 6 sets (not maximal, shouldn’t fail due to strength); 2 second pause at bottom of dip
B.  AMRAP 8 @ 85%:  5 x power snatch (75/55), 5 x ohs (75/55), 5 xt2b
