    Wow. 24:13 with 2 ring rows and 2 ring dips with the blue band subbed for the muscle-ups and a 1 pood KB for the 2nd & 3rd rounds. This is a tough one, for sure.

    16:12 with scaled (we’ll call them “un-prescribed”) muscle ups. shoulders are spent from this week. shout out to the 5:45AM for getting this one in before the heat this afternoon.

      He had us do 2 to 1 because 3rnds/30 seemed excessive. Especially @ 5:45am.

    No idea why the rest of that post didn’t come through! But did:

    CrossFit Total
    540 – (185-95(pr)-260(pr))
    –need to work on a widening my stance on the back squat had 195# down and stood up with it to parallel but then lost it, the guys seem to think by widening my stance I can easily get over 200# but I can’t complain for my first time doing the Total and I PR’d on the other two lifts!

    Today’s WOD
    23:14 – w/jumping muscle ups
    –ohhh buddy that was a ass kicker! =P
