Iron City Sculpt is our HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class. This class provides you with a better cardio work out in less time! The workouts not only improve your cardiovascular fitness but they improve your overall strength, help promote and build lean muscle all while maximizing your caloric and fat burn!
The short answer is YES! When you workout at a high intensity you burn more total calories per pound of body weight. You will also continue to keep your metabolism elevated throughout the day, this is known as the after-burn, therefore you’ll be burning more calories as you go on with your daily activities after class is long over!
Again the answer is YES! Don’t worry about your current fitness level, the term “high intensity” is relative and unique to everyone. Our class is for every fitness level, all of the movements we do can be applied to anyone no matter if you are a beginner or a fitness enthusiast.
At Iron City Sculpt our class will vary daily and will continually challenge you, this ensures that you will see only the best results. The classes incorporate the proper portions of cardiovascular conditioning and basic strength training providing you with a total body work out. No class will ever be the same and will always be guaranteed to be FUN! Those days of trudging away doing the same boring work out routines are in your past!
