Anyone that is competing at Fall Brawl this weekend should be working out Monday-Wednesday this week and using Thursday and to recover s0 you are ready to go for Saturday.

    Speaking of fall brawl I just saw a post in my news feed saying WODS and other info will be posted no later than wednesday at 8pm! Just thought I would share =)
