 In Workouts

On Wednesday because of the holiday we will be holding 1 workout at 10am and then we will follow the WOD with a cookout from roughly 11:30-3ish.  We will be providing the meat.  Post to comments if you would like to bring something.

    i say go for extra sharp white vermont cheddar with some WF meat counter black forest bacon bits in it

    Decided to give this a whirl since I haven’t gone heavy in ages 185,225,275,295,275 got a bicep cramp on the 295 set I new I should have went easy on the isolation curls …sigh

    success at #125 2 @#130 1 @135. failed the 135 before 130. Rye and I are in for the cookout. We’re bringing homemade hummus and guac! 🙂
