January Payments are Due!

Today we are going to be starting our Clean Eating challenge.  The rules are going to be the same as they were in September.  You get to decide what you are going to eat and what you are going to consider to be a “cheat”.  The only things that I am going to consider to be “cheats” for everyone are alcohol and processed sugar.  The buy-in will again be $20 and for each “cheat” you will owe the pot $2.  There will be multiple winners that the end of the challenge just like last time.  We will have an overall winner who loses the most inches.  A body fat winner and a performance winner.  We will do the benchmark WOD on Saturday.  If you would like to be a part of the challenge, but would like to do it for fun instead of for the money we will tarck your performance as well.
