If you haven’t paid yet for February you need to see myself or Jess BEFORE class tomorrow. 

Please make sure that you are ready to roll at 10 minutes after the start of class.  We are going to be doing a group warmup and then technique work before we get into the Squat Clean and Jerk portion and then the WOD.

    Considering 95# is my 1RM Jerk, I’m okay with this.

    Who is interested in getting a team for 5K Gone Bad? It is April 21st. 5K hosted by TPA/Mojo on a 1 mile XC loop with a WOD element at the end of each mile. A lot of the local boxes will be represented. Let me know if your in!
