    Awesome WOD this morning. Great work Ginny and POW!

    A few words of advice for those going this afternoon:
    Make sure your hips are warmed up – Samson stretch, etc.
    Keep your chest up – your lower back is going to become tight and tired

    This was the hardest WOD I’ve ever done, I think. 28:14 for 34 rounds @ 295

    john, what weight did you use for each movement, 145 DL or sqt?

    145 Squat
    225 DL
    115 Thruster

    I should have done 150 Squat and 235 DL which would have eliminated an entire round, however I think my time would have been worse. Who knows.

    Neat WOD, had issues with getting back squat bar on the rack, Thanks for the help Tony.
    Thrusters got hard for me and dead lifts. need to work on keeping my knees out. Im wiggly
