    ok, it is 9am and my hands are still screaming and my fingers are still curled up from my grip on the bar. 🙁

    Snatches – 80# (felt really really good! Oly clinic is paying off!)
    KB – 20 reps all rounds – rd 1 @ 1.25 pood/ rds 2,3,4 @ 1.5
    T2B – rds 1-3 12 reps, rd 4 10 reps – couldn’t keep grip on the bar
    WOD
    3+3/3/2+8 – forearms and grip was totally destroyed! Good WOD tho, liked the volume of work we did today!
