        Ginny- I was going into my dead lift and blake told me something ridiculous like oh you only have to get a 320# dead lift to catch ginny. Needless to say i laughed quite hard at that! AWESOME work! Can I borrow your dead lift, please =)

          Thanks everyone. Danielle- you can borrow it anytime. I would like your pullups, and probably everything else. :).

          You ladies are all doing great and will soon catch up. Don’t forget that your lifts based on percentage of body weight far exceed mine. I think we need a leader board for those % box records.

    Blake, I cant make it today and my legs are smoked from the squats on Saturday. Can I do the total some other day this week? I missed the last time we did it.

    #490 total. a little disappointed in my numbers but still a 50# increase from the last time and only time i’ve done it about 9 months ago. 175 BS 90 SP 225 DL–and the DL was UGGGLLLY! Good luck everyone!

    BS – 185# (AGAIN! I will break that 200# mark one day!!!)
    Press – 97# (PR – thank you little one pound plates!)
    Deadlift – 260# (5# under my PR)

    TOTAL = 542
    *not too bad but not ideal, wish I would’ve PR’d my BS and DL but I PR’d the press and that makes it 2# heavier than last time and there is always the next time!

    375, which is a 35lb decrease from May but considering I haven’t worked out, I’m pretty excited that my press stayed the same! Back squats & deadlifts will come back!

    165- 95- 265 = 525

    I didnt hurt myself this time. Good.

    I didnt follow directions this time (dropped the bar on a deadlift). Bad.

    Also wasted a rep on bad math. I need to improve my listening and math skills.
