I am heading in to the gym today so we will be open for our regular Saturday schedule.   Please use good judgement in decided whether or not you are going to attempt to make it in.  From what I have seen on the news the roads are still covered and it doesn’t look they are plowing just yet.

9am – Free Class

10am – Members WOD

    Great seeing Coach Lorne this morning!!
    That WOD is reminder that by avoiding things I suck at….I don’t get any better. I’ll be spending a lot of time on double unders, hspu, and pullups over the next few weeks….errrr months.

    30 Clean and Jerk at 115# (75% of my 1rm, which 1rm just happens to be 2# heavier than my body weight =P)

    18:36 – 28 x cln & jrks (170#), 740 x dbl unders (should be 26 cln & jrks….der)
