A.  Power snatch + 2 x snatch balance: 5 x 1.1 @ 70% (of power snatch); 10sec/1min rests
B.  Power clean + hang squat clean + split jerk: 5 sets @ 70% (of power clean); 2min rests
 
then,
5 rounds for time:
10 x kbs (2/1.5)
bear crawl down and back across gym floor (approximately 15m)
