Nutrition Seminar $15.  We will start at 1 and it should run about an hour.

      That’s a great attitude to have! I’ve alayws told my clients and the people I’ve helped; a diet assumes there’s an end date. There cannot be an end date if you want to change for the rest of your life. Keep up the great work!
