    Clean & Jerk 240# – 4# PR. Cleaned 245# (Clean PR) but missed the jerk out front. 250# buried me

    I also got a 125# Clean (10# PR), but failed on the Jerk

      I actually cleaned 125# four times, so I know I can definitely add more weight next time for a 1RM
