Monday’s Schedule: 9 and 10am only

Yesterday we said goodbye to POW! for the summer so she can go and intern in the Great White North.  Have fun and we will see you in August.

    Crossfit total today at open gym.  245-135-365 = 745
    PR’d on the Back Squat and dead lift.

    Checking in from Dallas. Your hotel workout of 21s (push ups 20-1 with situps 1-20) sounded easy. My bright idea: throw in 15 squats each round. Regattable. 29:29 for me and 38:03 for Krista. Not sure what the guests in neighboring rooms thought was going on, but I’m sure it sounded good.
