Check out this video on the Snatch Grip Deadlift so you are familiar with the movement whenever you come in today.  We are not requiring you to pause at the knee, but it will give you a really good example of what it should look like. 

Yesterday we saw a lot of PRs on the Jerk.  Couldn’t be happier for everyone.  As we approach the Open and clean your technique up even more those numbers will continue to grow.
