    Remembering back to my Navy days, max score used to be 101 pushup, 101 situp and 7:30 1.5M run (5m/mile pace). If your knee touched on pushups, you were done. The situps however weren’t xfit style. Cross arms across chest and touch elbows to thighs .. like a crunch.

    I’m pretty sure I’m no where near that anymore, this afternoon will tell!
