    Miss you guys went to the dr today and said I could lift some with my legs as long as it doesnt pull on my left arm. So I will see you all after the beach next week. Did the shirts come yet? Chris n. Sorry about not being able to compete with you, we will do another one:)

    Glad to hear everything is good Jenn! We miss you too and will def have some WODs for you to do that won’t pull on your arm at all!! Have a fun vaca =)

    85-90-95-95-100(fail argh!) + a good 20 some more reps at 90 to work on getting comfortable dropping under the heavier weight.

    Got 135 twice today, I know I can get more next time! Thanks for the tips Tony and Blake, keeping my arms straight and staying steady at the bottom for a second made all the difference!
