Over the past 3 weeks there seems to be a trend that 1 day a week is usually significantly slower than others. These slow days seem to be in sync with the one day a week in which the WOD is all strength. Maybe I am reading into something that is not happening at all. Just in case I am not going crazy I figured that I would explain the reasoning behind strength days. These days are programmed for two reasons. The first is because being stronger will allow you to do metcons better, faster and more efficiently. It is also a way to test you to see how much stronger you have gotten since you did that movement in the past. I am a firm believer that these strength days are more important in your training than anything else.
