We need to cancel the 12:15 class again today.  I am working to figure out a way to remedy the situation so we can get the class up and running again on a regular basis.

    For anyone curious (and pissed) about why last night’s WOD was extremely hard….I made a mistake. It was supposed to be alternating minutes dl’s / hspu’s, but I miscommunicated that to Blake and I didn’t realize it until it was too late in the day. My apologies. I don’t want anyone to think we’re trying to kill you or demoralize you, haha. On a lighter note, at least everyone got used to scaling!
