WOD:
 
A1.  Front squat: 6-6-4-4 @ 21X1; 2min rests
A2.  Strict pull ups (pronated): 4 x 6-8 reps @ 20X1; 2min rests
B.  TGU’s (turkish git-ups):  30 alternating reps @ light weight; controlled, not timed (i.e. you shouldn’t struggle during this)
