 In Workouts
A.  EMOM x 20:  3 x front squats @ 65% (evens), 3 x strict hspu (odds)
B.  KB/DB Bulgarian split squat: 3 x 10-12/leg @ 20X0 tempo; 30sec rest btwn legs, 2min rests btwn sets
C.  Ten minute skill session (work on any movement other than weightlifting)

    P.S. Dave Robinson is a HSPU BEAST!!! Way to go above and beyond by doing them WITHOUT the wall & on parallettes – craziness I tell ya haha so impressive

    165 used the parellets
    1 pood Bulgarian squats

    Worked on butterfly pull-ups

    Thanks Jess but I used the wall for 4 sets just for balance

    Rxd HSPU for 5 rounds then added 15# plate for deficit for remaining 5
    Split Squats – 25, 1 POOD, 1 POOD
