Because of the Holiday we will have our normal Saturday schedule, but our Saturday and Monday schedule are going to change slightly.  Sunday’s Open Gym will be 10-11:30 and Monday we will have two classes on Monday 9 and 10am so everyone can enjoy their Memorial Day. 

The Garage Games is now less than a week and a half away and I think there are still spots available if you are interested.

    I got to 7 wall balls before the time was up. Good practice for the garage games.

    RJ, it is like the hang squat snatch WOD from the games a few years ago. I am fully anticipating that my back will be completely smoked going into the wall balls

      My back was good, Grip failed. Chris said lose the gloves which he is right. I was trying to save my hands some, they are torn up. Desk Job makes it hard with ripped palms all the time. Plus I get the stink eye in meetings. “Who’s dat guy”

    Not gonna make it again today, busy week!
    Did this yesterday w 45# bar since I’m registered for scaled division.
    6:50 close call. Might try it again before Erie.
