Remember to think about your form today as you are doing your deadlifts.  Think about keeping your chest up and pushin through the floor.

    115-135-165 (reps 2 & 3 were not as pretty as I would have liked!)
    5+7 on the WOD. I’m somehow getting worse at double-unders.
    Remember, if you’re ordering MEAT this week from North Woods Ranch, orders are due by noon for pick-up later today. Next week when we’re not so under-the-wire, I’ll probably be ordering and maybe we can coordinate pick-ups.
