    I’m definitely in for Double Awesomeness, which kind of sounds like it should be an AT&T commercial with the kids (what’s better than awesome?) but I’m not sure that I can squat 155# much less snatch squat it. Alas, only 24 more years until Masters weights…

      Your training for the masters too? That makes two of us so now we can have a masters team.

      Me too…although I think there is a Masters division that starts at 40 as well…only 6 more years for me. Yikes!

        You guys need to start coming and training with the seniors in the AM we all, other than Sean, only have months until we are at 40. 🙂

    Skill: 100# snatch – worked form a lot and I have an irrational fear of dropping under the bar when the weight is 110# or heavier =P

    WOD – 12:28 @ 85# and ring dips/strict pull ups (supinated) *all ring dips and pull ups unbroken*
