 In Workouts

Good job working on your weaknesses yesterday.  The best way to get better at movements that you have not mastered is to add them in small doses to your warmup.  The warmup is the time to perfect movements.

225# for the Squat Cleans. Easily caught 235# which is a PR but I couldn’t keep my elbows up. 9+5 for the Death by Squat Cleans.

You guys absolutely rocked it tonight and I was really impressed with how your cleans looked.
