    Crossfit Iron City Golf Outing, I will be making the tee times tomorrow. Please sign up if you have not done so already. Everyone is more than welcome weather you are a player or a beginner.

    As far as getting there we can car pool if there is interest. It seems pointless for everyone to drive up separately especially when the beer will be flowing. I am more than willing to take a few people up. We can discuss details later. If you have any questions let me know.

    175-185-195(f)-195(PR-FINALLY!)-200(f)

    –Have to just trust myself on the 200# I have it at parallel on the way up but get anxious and panic a little that I’m not going to get it and then I don’t! = it’s totally mental but I am closer to my 210# goal!

    145# pr for my back squat and 245 for tabata. Loved the tabata WOD, but my quads did not! 🙂
