    Does anyone want to register as a team for the Color Me Rad 5k on August 25th? I have friends who participated in other cities and said it’s fun. The $40 registration fee lasts until the 20th (this Friday). After that, the price keeps going up.

    155# Back jerk (first time bodyweight plus over my head!) / 5:18 at 65# and 24″ box.
    Also First wod @ 24″ box… Big difference!!!!

    125# jerk. First time on that movement. 5:44 wod 24″ 75#.

    First time back jerk = 125#
    WOD = 6:19 at 80# and sub overhead 20 lbs med ball weighted lunges for box jumps. Killed my arms!
