Sorry for the late notice but we are going to have to cancel the 12:15 class today.  I apologize for any inconvenience. 

Hoodies and Thermals are in and ready for pick up at the box. 

Please be in the gym and ready to roll by 10 minutes after the scheduled start time

Salt Power Yoga is going to be holding a fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project this Sunday at 1:00-2:15.  It is a $5 donation.  if you are interested in going please let Jenn Wagner know because there is a limited number of spots available.

We have created a survey that will help us create a better environment for you.  If you could fill it out and let us know what we are doing right and what we could do better we would greatly appreciate it.

    Wow! Legs are still shaking from this. Good work today boys team and girls team!! Let me know if anyone needs directions for yoga or if we would like to go grab something to eat after.
