With 12.4 on the horizon I can’t help but think that there is going to be some sort of squat that will come up this week.  Since we have done our fair share of squatting with weight in front and behind the neck I think it is time to venture into the realm of the Overhead Squat.  I would hate to send you into Thursday’s workout without all the tools possibly necessary to excel.
