Bobbi Ann finishing up her Box Jumps on Saturday

Would anyone be interested in a nutrition seminar?  I was thinking about spending about 1-2 hours on a Saturday or Sunday explaining the zone and paleo diets and the benefits to eating low glycemic foods.

I’m definitely interested, although I’m working Saturday and Sunday early morning and will likely be napping by that time. But I would have brought Paleo muffins!

Can’t be there tonight, but I can do this at home. Are the plates and sit-ups 21-15-9 and then 42-30-18 for the double unders? This may be a stupid question:)

Carmine and I were talking about nutrition stuff last night. Talking about getting a crew together to do a 30 day paleo challenge. Maybe start after the seminar. Thoughts?

I would be interested in the 30 day challenge, but would like to learn more about paleo diet first.

That was my thought behind the seminar. I figured after everyone had a basic understanding of the diet options before starting any kind of challenge.

It will not be a Paleo-specific challenge just to clarify. It will be Zone and/or Paleo, where you as an individual will decide what works and try to incorporate a healthier way of eating into your lifestyle. There won’t be lists of rules to follow or dietary restrictions in place (where you can’t eat this or that). We will have guidelines which will help you make better food selections (which will all be discussed in the seminar) and we will have various materials printed for you to take home and use as a tool in incorporating a healthy/healthier diet into your lifestyle.
