      Great job Steve! How did you chop off the two minutes? Just run faster?

        If I were to guess I’d say doing in general made him better. Got stronger so the KBS were easier and increased stamina so didn’t get as winded in the run or box jumps. stick with it long enough and you’ll be able to compare times when the workout comes back thru.

            Jeff, I couldn’t agree with you more. It is all about training your body to be able to push yourself harder each time that you train. What is difficult today ideally won’t be difficult in the future.
