    Johnna, we’re going to go over the shoulder press/push press today. The WOD will be AMRAP 15min: 7 x pull ups, 14 x box jump, 21 x push press.

      Dude, this WOD CRUSHED me. I probably sholud have used 85 # b/c my snatches were so ugly, but I’ve never done 95# power snatches in a WOD before so I wanted to try them. It was ugly, but good for me mentally. Now I know I can do them so that means next time there in a WOD I’ll be way less intimidated. Ring dips slowed me down too. I suck at anything push related. Crazy thing is I work on this crap too. It’s not like I just sit around wishing for better ring dips and push-ups. Whatever. I guess that’s why a weakness is called a weakness.18:33 RXI got to teach the 7:15 class this morning. It was fun being with some of my former bootcampers again. You guys are doing fantastic! Great job to 8:30 too! Everyone rocked! Sorry 11:30, you aren’t here yet. I’ll have to brag on you later.

    185#, 3:33 rx’d. I should have had 195# for the thruster, but it seems like I got cocky and thought I had it and then it turned out that I didn’t have it.

    I must say, as very much as I enjoyed rnieadg what you had to say, I couldnt help but lose interest after a while. Its as if you had a great grasp on the topic matter, but you forgot to include your readers. Perhaps you should think about this from more than one angle. Or maybe you shouldnt generalise so a lot. Its better if you think about what others may have to say instead of just going for a gut reaction to the topic. Think about adjusting your personal believed process and giving others who may read this the benefit of the doubt.
