Whenever you make it to the Knees to Elbows today remember that if you are doing the WOD prescribed you need to make that extra push and get your knees to your elbows.  Look at the difference in the picture.  Even though it doesn’t look like that much extra work it makes a huge difference.

    – thinking back this is probably my first real RxD filthy 50, I most likely have never actually done 5o K2E before in other attempts, . . . took me 14 minutes to get all of them with 6 very painful fails.
