Great work fighting through the rain last night.  Two weekends from now there are 3 CFIC teams competing at R.A.W. Training’s 1st Annual Patriot Games and those of us competing would love for everyone to come out and support us and see what a CrossFit competition is all about. 

On June 2nd there is a competition in Erie with both scaled and rx’d divisions and I think it would be awesome to invade Erie with a CFIC army.  Check it out Great Lakes Challenge

    125# 1RM/ 8 dead hang pullups. Considering 2 months ago i tried relentlessly to get 110# and couldn’t I consider this morning a success…thanks to all the coaches–you all rock!!!

    110-115-125-135-140(PR)-145 (failed on the jerk but it’s a clean PR!) – 150 (failed completely, I very badly wanted to clean it but got stuck in my own head, next time though!)

    FABULOUS job tonight everyone! I really love seeing all the PR’s and am super impressed with how strong you have all gotten over the past months! And with that I think that all of you should consider signing up for the Garage Games on June 9th in Erie (Blake, myself and Keef are all going). There’s a scaled division and with the weight you all have been throwing around there is no reason you can’t get up there and kick major ass!!

    120 PR and 130 clean PR (fail on jerk). Had to run before pu’s. Thanks to Jess for pushing me. CARA I’m def going to RAW to cheer on cfic… Jared and Dave have a team in it too. It’ll be my first competition to watch (and jareds first to compete) so I’m def excited!

      Been doing WOD’s on my own due to schooltue:100 thersturs for time (45#)5.06wed:10 pushups10 knees to elbows10 air squatsx 5 for time, rest two min repeat 6.15 for first and 6.35 for secondthur:Get deck of cards, 4 exercises which correspond with suitshearts: 35# plate curls (only have so much to work with)diamonds: 25# dumbell press eventually became push pressspades: 20# weight vest air squatsclubs: 115# benchace=15 repsface=10 reps#’s=#’s of repslooking forward to getting back in the gym soon, working out in the rain sucks .
