Today is a day that we should never forget.  We will be doing a WOD in honor of someone who fought and died trying to avenge the atrocities that happened 11 years ago today. 

1LT Tyler E. Parten, 24, of AR, died Sept. 10 in Konar province, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit using rocket-propelled grenades and small arms fire. He was assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, CO.

    3 dips and 3 pull ups for 1 mu. Learn from my mistake and use tape. After 105 pull ups, taking a shower was painful.

    Thank God it’s only 3…think last time MU were in a WOD we had to do 7 and 7 instead of 3’s for the scale.

    I definitely need to get some hand grips for WODs with this many pullups. Anyone have a recommendation for a brand/website to check out? Thanks!
