In 10 days Jess and I are getting married. The class schedule for that weekend will be limited, I will remind you all again of this a few days before but here is how that week will look.

Monday – Wednesday (July 22/23/24): All classes scheduled as normal

Thursday (July 25): All morning and afternoon classes as normal/Evening classes TBD

Friday (July 26): CLOSED – No Classes at all

Saturday (July 27): CLOSED – No Classes at all

Sunday (July 28): 9am FREE CLASS and Open Gym/Barbell Class as normal

 

***If anyone would like any At-Home WODs to do please post to comments and I will make sure there are WODs posted for Friday and Saturday***
