Great start to the new phase of our training.  A lot of PRs last night and some big milestones.  Lorne and I finally became members of the 300# club.

    After the 12 minutes are up you are resting 3 minutes and then doing a 6 Minute AMRAP of 5 Power Cleans (135/95) and 10 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1)

    6 min: 3 +12 Rx

    7+3 1st round went with 1 ab-mat, rounds 2-4 ab-mat+15# plate, finished w/ 2ab-mats+15#
    – I never drop during pull-ups (that is a big one for me)
    3+4 RxD – couldn’t hold on to the bar, and I couldn’t breathe, …. suck fest!

    WOD1: 9+1 rxd. hands on plates and head to abmat although I would have prolly been no-rep’d on a few near the end (8 last time with partial HSPU)

    WOD2: 4+4 rx’d

    Super sweat fest!
    Either 9 + 3 or 8 + 3 w 2 ab mats & green band … I’ll say 8 + 3 to be sure. Gonna keep tally from here on out!
    4 + 4 w 73# and 1 pd.

    12+3 rx’d / 4+0 had to drop weight on the clean to 95#, form just isn’t there yet. This was a good one…
