Today’s WOD is in honor of Petty Officer 1st Class Jeff Taylor, 30, of Little Creek, VA, who was killed in Afghanistan June 2005

    Figured after all the dead lifts we’d do all arms/shoulders. Thought there’d be pull ups though. Regardless, I’m ready to rock this one!

    Nothing like a good morning slap in the face after a week off.

    Pace Yourself… I finished the first 21 HSPU in under a 1:30 in the first round and then epic failure. I had 7 no rep HSPU in the final two rounds. Frustrating having to do them over. Finished in 21:21 rx’d. I will be doing this one again very soon possibly Sunday.

    abmat on the hspu for the 15-9 sets. wanted whole thing rx’d but just didnt have it in me. dips definitely the worst though

    23:11 that was rough, 21 + 3 HSPU rxd, then plates, abmat, wall walk PU, piked Push up- Push up/Dips rx’d…snuck up on me bad….glad to be at CFIC, attacked my two weaknesses in first two classes snatch and HSPU….LET’S GOOOO
