January Payments are Due!

Today we will be starting our 2nd cycle of the strength program.  The percentages will stay the same as week 1, but you will add 10 pounds to your max that you used last time and then recalculate your weights

Since we are going to be starting another clean eating challenge next week would you guys be interested in PaleoKits again?  If I order them again it looks like the large were in higher demand than the small and also the original packs were more popular than the loose packs.  Should I order Paleo  Krunch bars again?  Lastly, is there any other Steve’s original product that you are interested in (Chicken jerky, beef sticks, etc…)?  

This Saturday (1/5) CrossFit South Hills is having a nutrition seminar run by Jeremy Mullins who is a registered Dietician and owner of CrossFit Thunder and CrossFit Firebreather in West Virginia.  He works for CrossFit HQ and has done their nutrition Seminar in the past.  It will run all day and will cover the Zone and Paleo diets, supplements, and basic nutrition.  If you are interested the cost is $100 and you can email them to let give them a heads up so they know who is going.
