The 9am Class is cancelled today.  Sorry for the short notice.  Starting next week we are going to start phasing out the summer hours.  As of Monday July 30th there will no longer be a 9am class.  The 7 am and Noon classes will not be affected.

U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Matthew T. Abbate, 26, of Honolulu, HI, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, based out of Camp Pendleton, CA, was killed on December 2, 2010, while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan.

He is survived by his wife Stacie Rigall, son Carson, mother Karen Binion, father Salvatore Abbate, and siblings Dominica Abbate, Elliot Abbate, Valerie Binion, and Kelly Binion.

        jess- i was like WHOAA!!! hahah. (still impressive at 105 tho).
        Gonna force myself to do this on sunday since im not coming in tonight. yikes.

          Hahaha yeah if I did 42 reps at 155# I should be at the Games! =P
          But it’s a great WOD definitely a calorie burner! I was exhausted and crazy hungry after haha

    Looks like a solid WOD. Wentto CrossFit Extreme Fitness in Rockville, MD today. They hooked me up with a complimentary WOD – some snatch grip deadlifts and an AMRAP of a KB complex. Small box but good coach.

    29:09 rx’d. I was keeping pace to be sub 28 like I wanted, but at about the 800m mark of the 2nd Mile I cramped and I couldn’t shake it for the 2nd 800m. 9:35 mile is not what I need on this type of workout. Both sets of C&Js took 3:30.
