In honor of John’s Birthday last Friday we are going to be doing some of his favorite movements.  Happy Birthday buddy. 

Congratulations to everyone yesterday for all the big PRs and for the quality snatch work that went down.

    If you’re going to honor birthdays with that person’s favorite movements, then everyone should prepare for 180 min of watching hockey with AMRAP beer to mouth on November 25. Remember, it’s a marathon not a sprint.

    Good one. Had to do strict t2b ‘cuz my setup isn’t conducive to the swing. Still got 77 in 7 rounds: 20, 10, 12, 12, 11, 10, 2. Thought the run would give me a good break but justbturnedthe legs to lead weights!
